Persediaan berpantang
OK, persediaan untuk berpantang kali ni agak beria-ia. Mungkin sebab excited nak berpantang sendiri, tetapi rasa nyer lebih excited nak menguruskan badan. Hohoh..
Let’s see, what I’ve already got for me:
1. Bengkung
Previously, memang dah ada OPPO Abdominal binder Model 2260, dan suka la sangat-sangat dengan bengkung ni sebab mudah dipakai dan tak lari bentuknya. Kali ni beli OPPO Abdominal binder Model 2162, yang ni jenis pakai sarung which is for me quite good if I want to breastfed in public – kalo selak baju tu tak la nampak badan instead nampak bengkung ni. Hopefully serve well just like the previous bengkung.
2. Gel Sirehemas
Ni beli dari mamamodern.com. Dah pernah pakai dah produk ni, diper-suggest-kan oleh DidieLala, dan my own testimony, produk ni memang hangat sesangat, tapi aku suka. Rasa macam jalan la dia nyer efek.
3. Stokin
I’ve wore this socks previously during my chemo session (sebab sakit tumit ya amat) dan Alhamdulillah sangat la ok, dan kaki terus baik. Mula beli hari tu harga stoking ni sangat mahal (sepasang rm88 cm tu), mula tak nak beli pon, but since ada 50% discount kat Watson, terus pergi amik dan bayar.
4. Set Bersalin Mustika Ratu
Set bersalin sebenarnya tak ada dalam list benda yang patut beli, sebab terasa macam tak la beriya nak memakainya, but again since ada 50% disc kat Wats*n (menjadikan harga nya semurah rm35) terusla rembat tanpa berfikir panjang.
5. Pati Ikan Haruan Maspati
Masa Zahra dulu I drank 42 bottles of pati ikan haruan jenama Polenney. Kali ni beli Maspati sebab lebih murah dari Polenney.. hahah.. harga memainkan peranan penting betul dalam urusan pemilihan barangan bagi aku. Beli 5 set dulu (consists of 30 bottles), cukupla kot for the time being.. later nak tambah baru difikirkan. Btw, beli kat farmasi Ca-ring 1 set adalah rm27.90.
6. Oat drink Biogreen
Ini memang makanan ruji walopon bukan masa berpantang. Sangat essential bagi aku sebab selain menambah dan memekatkan susu, juga baik untuk diet low cholesterol sekaligus bole menguruskan badan.. ameen.
7. Air gamat Orang kampong
Yang ni orang kata bagus untuk mengubati luka dalaman, dan since ada sale jugak kat Wats*n tu, aku pon beli jela. Harga after sale adalah rm7.
8. Supplement / milk booster
I bought Shatavari Himalaya, Fenugreek GNC dan Autumnz Milk booster tea. Autumz ni beli sebab ada sale kat mybabystore.com ari tu. Previously masa ngan Zahra tak minum/makan supplements macam ni sbb lack of knowledge however susu adalah melimpah ruah. For this time around, susu tak keluar (kecuali dipicit: maknanya tak la macam dulu tido malam basah), so agak risau skit. And since due date for all the items adalah lambat lagi (2012) so no harm rasa nye beli sekarang sebagai persediaan.
Update.. update: Alhamdulillah, susu dah keluar, malam ku kini adalah kebasahan.. ekekeke…
Rasanya itu jela barangan yang disediakan untuk berpantang kali ni. The lists tak la se-detailed lists from farrahar, but ok la kan.. heheh. Btw, harga barang yang ditunjukkan adalah harga semasa pembelian. Kot la sesapa pegi Wats*n dan mendapati harga barangnya adalah berbeza, saya tak tanggung la ye. And somemore, harga ditonjolkan disini bukan nak menunjuk-nunjuk, tapi nak berkongsi, so that kalo korang nak beli, bole buat estimation (plus minus) budget korang la. Dan saya pon tak kata barang yang saya beli ni wajib ada sebagai persediaan berpantang. Lain orang lain citarasa, so ikut masing-masing, ok. To those yang sedang membuat survey, hope tis help :-)

The hospital bag
OK, aku adalah ibu yang agak excited nak beranak.. lebih kepada sebab tak larat nak membawa perut dan rimas dengan kaki yang dah menggajah.. heheh..
Ada lagi lebih kurang 5 weeks left, but the hospital bag dah lama dulu dah siap: cuma belum masuk dalam kereta je lagi.
So, disini, I would like to share what will I bring to the hospital. I've packed:
- Few baby clothes
- Mittens and booties
- Cloth wipes
- Carriers (pouch and ringslings)
- Few of my bajus, pants, tudung sarung
- Nursing bra + pad (s) and undies
- Bengkung + girdle
- Sweater
- Kain batik
- Socks
- My own toiletries
- Supplements and the pati ikan haruan
- Minyak panas
- Breastpump set (I decided to bring the PISA sbb senang everything dah lengkap dalam bag dia)
Yang lain adalah: HP + charger, camera (listed cuma tak masuk lagi dlm bag)
And since insya Allah, akan beranak di hospital swasta, pakaian bayi (semasa di hospital), pampers, and my maternity pad tidak diprepare sebab akan ditanggung halal oleh panel insurance. Hehehe..
Agaknya ada tak barang lain lagi yang perlu di bawa? Kalo ada yang kelihatan tertinggal, readers dont hesitate to help me add on the list ya.

Finally...
Updating. Setelah begitu sekian lamanya.
Malas. Satu perkataan yang menerangkan semua- tak ada alasan lain, sebab tu berkulapuk. Cerita banyak: semua pon berlegar-legar dalam kepala sahaja- malas nak terjemahkan kepada ayat. But since 2-3 hari ni aku malas nak kerja (in fact the whole april pon sungguh la malas nak kerja) I’ll take this opportunity to write down apa yang terjadi for the past few weeks.
Cerita satu:
Zahra turned 3 on the last 9th April: This is some facts about her that I previously wrote – konon nak auto-publish on her birthday date but sampai ke sudah kekal dalam draft folder.
1. Zahra still talks like a baby. I mean she uses keyword rather than making perfect sentences. But I found it very cute.
2. Still calling her Walid as Owit.
3. Since she can’t speak in full sentences, we still haven’t toilet train her yet. But amazingly, at times, she did request to pee and poo in the toilet bowl. And, yes, she did peed and pood.
4. I bought her this game that needs her to spot which is A, J or Z. She likes to play with that cheap toy, and I found out that she does basically memorize the alphabet A to Z. But when I wanted to assist her playing with that game, she’ll pretend that she’s buta huruf. Hehehe..
5. She’s still wake up in the middle of the night.. *sigh.
6. However, she’s no longer requesting milk, she just waking up to drink the plain water / ribena.
7. She is so manja and mengada-ngada.
8. She sleeps under either my armpit, or her Walid’s armpit.
9. Love to play and chase the street cats.
10. Fussy eater. She preferred to eat nasi+kicap+telur goreng or bihun sup.
11. Quite demanding, when she wants an A, she means A. No B or W.
12. Suka sangat didukung.
13. Dan sebab tak de sapa larat nak dukung dia, stroller is indeed a life-saver (malas jalan anak umi sorang ni). Tapi ok jugak dia dok dalam stroller sebab kalo kat shopping mall tak la pening nak control dia berlari or what so ever.
14. Chose what baju she wants to wear by herself everyday,
15. and she even wear her baju by her own.
16. Dengar kata (Alhamdulillah).. senang sangat nak control dia.
Since, for the time being she’s the one and only, we bought plenty of gifts for her: a bicycle (beli kat kampong adalah murah = rm70), doll-stroller (yang ni dia yang nak sesangat masa gi toy’r’us) dan horse bouncing riding (yang ni beli sebab aku tengah stress.. hahaha).
Cerita dua:
Zahra’s birthday was celebrated not once but twice. Hahaha.. bukan celebrate birthday dia pon, hakikatnya adalah Ummi yang buat gathering dengan kawan-kawan.
On 10th April, gathering dengan kawan-kawan zaman persekolahan. Lama tak jumpa masing-masing. The last gathering was held on raya 2007 (the one that I joined la.).
The second birthday bashes plak diadakan pada 14th April- tetamu jemputan adalah colleague ofis.. hahahah.. macam la tak jumpa di tempat kerja.
Tentang foods, adalah ditanggung halal: birthday party potluck – tu yang membuyut ni pon mampu buat sampai 2 kali.. Hehehe..
Cerita tiga:
On 13th pagi, I received an unknown-number phone call. Disebabkan setiap panggilan adalah 'perniagaan', so aku memang akan angkat. I never reject any call- kalo tak minat bersembang just frankly said, no I am not interested to talk/listen or what-so-ever. Dan panggilan tersebut adalah daripada taska nya Zahra. Terkejut jugak, sebab kalo taska telefon, aku memang akan jangka bad news: waktu dia kecik dulu adala taska call sekali dua cakap susu ebm dah habis- so, it is still a bad news right. Jadi kali ni taska call sebab berlaku accident kecil- jarinya tersepit pintu sampai tercabut kuku menampakkan isi.
So, rushing la kami balik ke taska dan kemudian ke Hospi Putrajaya sebab nak kena buat xray. Alhamdulillah, semua adalah ok-ok belaka, cuma decision made to go to hospi-pjaya instead of going to annur is not a good one: berjanggut menunggu prosedur yang nampak macam ringkas.
Cerita empat:
Family outing.
Yeay, I love family outing. Saat yang ditunggu setiap hujung minggu- dalam perut yang kehadapan ni pon masih gagah mengukur keluasan shopping complex. Heheheh..
So, we went to KLCC: jalan-jalan di taman:
And we also went to Muzium Mamalia di Putrajaya.. heheheh..

Admitted and check-up
Zahra and I went back to Ipoh last weekend, while Mat's going back to his hometown sending my MIL. Travelling with Zahra (and my sis yang sibuk berdengkur di belakang) adalah agak mencabar minda: she wants this and that, nak makan ayam (I bought KFC), nak susu, and later wanted to go to the toilet sebab dah basah. Tensi akak yang kena drive ni (sebab selalu nyer, Mat yang drive.. hohoho).
We stayed at Ipoh, from Friday till Sunday. Ipoh was hot, extremely hot. Entah la, hakikatnya, macam serba tak kena balik Ipoh. I don't know but I think the house is soo sempit: dengan budak tuisyen dari pagi, trun ke ptg, masuk ke mlm, dan dengan 5 beradik, aku jadik naik rimas dalam rumah sendiri. Lepas tu sendiri jadik sangat bersyukur when Papa and Mama planning to go to Middle East during my confinement period, so that I can berpantang at my own home sweet home. Alhamdulillah.
Dan balik dari Ipoh (on Sunday), Zahra was hit with high fever- 39.7C, I tell you. And as usual, kalo demam, memang refuse nak makan, and also minum susu, so jadikla dia vegetable, lembik tak bertenaga. At first on Monday, masih ok but later malam tu dia jadik lagi teruk and we decided to bring her to Annur, and now here we are, staying night and day sebab dia kena admitted. Dr said due to lung infection sebab breathing dia pon dah jadik whizzing gitu: kena neb, kena cucuk branular, masuk drip glukose and salt sebab tak makan punya pasal.
Meanwhile, Zahra in the hospital, taking care by Mat, I went to my first official Gynae visit: yup, we have chose the place to deliver the baby: PCMC with Dr Seri. Klas nok, hospital macam hotel.. hahaha. Too bad Mat and Zahra tak bole tag along, plan konon lepas check-up nak jalan KLCC, but since aku sensorang je gi, lepas check-up, terus la balik (hospital).
We might be here till tomorrow (Friday) sebab Zahra dah nampak sangat sihat dan segar: asik nak gi jenjalan tengok babies jer.

Update.. update..
I've reached 30 weeks by this week. So, now I have more or less than 10 weeks, before he pop-out. Teruja.. teruja.. Obviously, berat adalah sangat berat and the stomach is sooo besar. Mat even said to me, 'Saiz perut awak ni sama macam hari awak nak bersalinkan Zahra', when I told him that I've just entered the third trimester. Sekarang pon dah start rasa tak selesa and I hope he stay longer in there sebab Umi nak siapkan dulu apa yang patut (tempahan menjahit itu..) hahaha.. And, yeah, the 'milk factory' have already start producing as I can spot the colostrum coming out (bit by bit) when having my shower. Looking forward to have smooth sails breastfeeding journey with this baby just like what I'd experienced with Zahra.
OK, what we did last weekend? Nothing much, just like the rest of the Putrajayan, we went to see the Balloon. Last year tak pergi, so, its kinda new experienced for us, for Zahra certainly. Suka dia tengok balloon, but bila tanya nak naik tak? Cepat-cepat cakap, 'tak nak.. takut'. Heheh.. Petang Jumaat pergi (while going to the pasar malam) and malam Sabtu pon pergi jugak sebab nak tengok the Fireworks. The traffics was disaster, luckily weol naik motor jer. Heheh..
On the other story, mybbstore and littlewhiz tengah sale sekarang ni. And, yes.. I heart online shopping very much. So, for the past few weeks, I've been received parcels mostly everyweeks. Ternyata barang beli sendiri la, tak de sapa nak kasik hadiah pon but, still seronok (teruja yang melampau..) hahah. And, just very recent, I received parcels from mybbstore - bought some sleeping bra(s) and bottles. Yeah, botol adalah satu barang baby yang ada tarikan tersendiri nyer. I just love buying them, tak pernah rasa cukup dengan apa yang ada- sebab tamak kot. Heheh.. This time around I bought glass bottles.
At first dah tengok this type of bottles kat Mothercare BSC hari tu, tapi tak beli sebab was sort of like contemplating.. nak ke tak nak. Then when browsing around the online store trus rasa nak beli la, sebab I remembered, EBM ni berminyak-minyak tau.. kalo pakai plastic bottle jenuh la nak sental menyental. Cleaning and washing baby bottles at that time adalah sangat menyampahnyer. Dah la everyday hantar like 4-5 bottles ebm to the taska. Hohoh.. I hate the cleaning job at that time. So, this time around harap OK, dengan penggunaan glass bottles.
And the sleeping/nursing bra,
I senses that it is quite essential for me to wear bra 24-7 because.. huhuh, the bo*bs so big and I'm afraid if I just let it hanging freely, it will sag sooner.. Hahaha.. What an imagination, but this is scary la, peeps. Imagine having a breast that the nipples are able to touch your own belly button.. whoa! So, no more braless at home. Previously, I've bought the expensive Mothercare sleepbra (rm114 for 2psc) and found out that its very comfortable. But this sleepbra(s) are so cheap (rm23 each) I doubt will it works wonder like the Mothercare's? Tak pe, if tak best nnt buat review.
And about the Zahra new bed, I've been received a lot of question regarding it. Well, the bed was bought at Home Living in Shah Alam, which they have an offer price at that time- selling price was rm888, while the real price was rm1800(more or less) if I not mistaken. Yeap, it did came with the tilam(s) as well. And the katil is so best, I tell you, and I recommended for you to buy it (of course during sale la..)

OK, what we did last weekend? Nothing much, just like the rest of the Putrajayan, we went to see the Balloon. Last year tak pergi, so, its kinda new experienced for us, for Zahra certainly. Suka dia tengok balloon, but bila tanya nak naik tak? Cepat-cepat cakap, 'tak nak.. takut'. Heheh.. Petang Jumaat pergi (while going to the pasar malam) and malam Sabtu pon pergi jugak sebab nak tengok the Fireworks. The traffics was disaster, luckily weol naik motor jer. Heheh..
On the other story, mybbstore and littlewhiz tengah sale sekarang ni. And, yes.. I heart online shopping very much. So, for the past few weeks, I've been received parcels mostly everyweeks. Ternyata barang beli sendiri la, tak de sapa nak kasik hadiah pon but, still seronok (teruja yang melampau..) hahah. And, just very recent, I received parcels from mybbstore - bought some sleeping bra(s) and bottles. Yeah, botol adalah satu barang baby yang ada tarikan tersendiri nyer.
